WARNING: the Purchase Agreement (also known as the Offer to Purchase) sets the stage for the rest of the transaction. It is important that you have your attorney review the Purchase Agreement before you sign it. Don't listen to pushy brokers who tell you it's not binding until your attorney reviews it, or you can change it later; once you've signed it, it becomes a binding contract and the attorney cannot change it for you. If it's a bad deal, you may be stuck with a bad deal.
